Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management on employee productivity and relations.

Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
