Inherent requirements:
- Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Operations and Sales
- Knowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES industry will be beneficial)
- Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clients
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good grasp of mathematical concepts
- A valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MPS
- Manage new business brought into the Company nationally
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and assigned Clients
- Identify Clients that may need special attention and action these operational criteria
- Negotiate and close agreements with major customers
- Reach and exceed targets as per the Divisions strategy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Carry out research and identify new potential customers as well a new marketing opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the Clients needs
- Generate sales across regions including Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng and Gqeberha
- Achieve the overall Company sales objectives
- Communicate and escalate challenges to the MD
