Our client is looking for an experienced
Marketing and Leadmaster Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, lead management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
- Manage lead generation and nurturing processes using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads and smooth handover processes
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and trends in the automotive industry
- Coordinate with external vendors for promotional activities, events, and digital campaigns
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and lead conversion rates
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven experience in using CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
