Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process
- Involved in the calculation of quantities for cost estimates of building works
- Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender
- Identification and analysis of technical requirements of a tender
Qualifications
A relevant post matric technical qualification would be ideal
Skills
- Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Building, fit-out, alterations & additions
- Construction environment
- Afrikaans home language
- Experience with CCS
- A valid driving license
- Computer skills
