Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and event materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
Work on product packaging, corporate branding, and promotional items for various departments within the estate. Develop and manage visual content for websites, newsletters, and other online platforms.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends and tools.
Skills and Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, luxury goods, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design across multiple formats.
Experience with both digital and print design.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
Tools & Software Expertise:
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with Canva Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an advantage Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) is advantageous

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively. Passionate about design and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team.
