Minimum Requirements: - Essential: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).
- Beneficial: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or a related role.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and building strong client relationships.
- Beneficial: Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
Roles and Responsibilities Business Development (70%): - Actively seek out and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.
- Identify and contact potential clients to introduce recruitment services.
- Present the companys services, highlighting solutions tailored to clients' recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring requirements.
- Work closely with clients to obtain detailed job specifications.
- Develop and submit tailored recruitment proposals.
- Handle contract negotiations and follow-up with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets.
Talent Acquisition and Support (30%): - Utilise recruitment platforms to identify and source potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and maintain the candidate database.
- Provide updates to clients on recruitment progress.
Additional: - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and shredding documents.
- Type and format CVs for candidates, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Support with additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills: - Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.
