Job Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Provide support in investigating accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver health and safety training to employees and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Health and Safety or related field
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practises
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Education:
Certificate / diploma in Health and Safety or related field
Experience:
2 -3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health and Safety certification
- First Aid training
