Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new leads and expanding the customer base.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably 2-3 years in electrical .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
