Sales KAM, the individual will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to :
- Development of Budget for Capital
- Fullfil RFQ requirements
- Align with Customers Global CAPEX and Procurement needs
- Continuous engagement on the Sales Cycle from 6 to 24 months long
- Customer Relationship Building
- Aligning and facilitating roadshows, Workshops aligned with Customer
- Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
- Contract Management
Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management or MBA would be an added advantage
- Technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering of a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of products and technologies in the beverage and packaging industries
- Highly customer-oriented
- Profound verbal and written business communication skills
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Strong "Can Do" attitude with a strong will to work within a team
- Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Professional and confident presentation skills
- Keen eye on data analysis and customer trends
- Willingness to travel regularly, both locally and abroad including to Africa.
- Fluent command of English; French & German languages are an advantage
