Main Activities
1.
Effective Internal Recruitment, Employment Contracts, and Organisational Introductions.
2.
Source and Administer External Study Courses, maintain Bursary Agreements, and track results.
3.
Liaise with Internal Training Coordinator re Internal Training requirements track and record results.
4.
Administer Employee Benefit membership Pension Fund and Medical Aid.
5.
Administer and Report on Employee Movement and maintain Personal Records.
6.
Build and support teamwork relationships with Operations, Clients and Payroll department thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.
7.
Ensure compliance to legislation with the LRA, EE ACT, BCEA, UIF, OHS and etc.
8.
CCMA Cases Communication, Tracking and Reporting.
