Minimum Requirements
- HRM Qualification
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in a HR Manager role
- Motor Industry experience and indepth knowledge of the MIBCO Main Agreement
- Previous experience in union negotiations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skill
- Conflict management skills
Salary Structure - Basic Salary of R45 000 CTC based on experience
