The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Building services designs on various mechanical building services
- Project Management
- Compile Project Proposals and Reports
- Preparation of Project Documentation
- Financial Control and Staff Management
Qualification
- BEng or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional ECSA registered
Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Mechanical Engineer after registration within the built environment
- Experience working on large scale projects with Systems focused on HVAC & R, Vertical Transportation, Building Wet Services, Fire Protection and Smoke Ventilation, Kitchen Equipment, Medical Gas Designs for Clinics, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings
- Experience with relevant Building Regulations and Standards
