Are you an experienced architect with a passion for design and a strong proficiency in REVIT?
Main functions:
- Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, from concept to completion.
- Utilize your expertise in REVIT to develop detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure design objectives are met.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- B. Arch Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect (PrArch) is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of postgraduate experience with extensive exposure to coordination, detailing and construction.
- Demonstrated aptitude for complex construction detailing and coordination resolution.
- Site construction experience and contract administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows and execution plans, and cloud-based collaboration.
