Are you someone who can:
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Manage risks in own area of responsibility
- Collate, manage, and report on daily, weekly, monthly operational progress as aligned to strategic objectives
- Track, control, and influence activities with the specific aim to increase and improve operational efficiencies
- Manage the core processes and ensure that the correct procedures are applied, and transactions/procedures are processed and followed by the team
- Familiar with applying rates and up to date with attorney rates schedules
- Cost Recovery
- Report on findings and consolidate information
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Qualified Lawyer with seasoned experience
- 5 Years post articles experience
- Legal Insurance experience is advantageous
- Court appearances
- Government Gazette knowledge
- Previous experience and engagements with panel attorneys would be advantageous
