Job Description: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Create and adjust menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications: Experience in Restaurant Management.
May require additional evening shifts, particularly for events and functions. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, is expected based on the demands of the role.
