Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly and monthly feedback to each portfolio of findings and progress in stores.
- Provide exception reporting to VAS & Mobile field management.
- Measurables across all VAS/hi in this role:
- Leasing performance tracking.
- 3rd Party agent performance tracking.
- VAS Target generation and tracking, including product specific drives.
- Profit allocation Journal calculation.
- Brand Exco Pack generation.
- Brand hierarchy data maintenance.
- Track and report on Excessive VAS enrolment.
- Generate Insurance & Media audit and invoicing files for Metrosure, Edge & Tyme.
- Track training completion for staff and 3rd party agents.
- Calculate and load Hi Turnover splits.
- Generate Mobile Stock and Sales Ops performance dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Data Analytics Diploma or 2 years of practical Data Analytics experience.
- 3-5 years’ Retail management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Mobile product retailing would be an advantage.
