Job Responsibilities
Planning the service center activities in order to:
- Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders.
- Safeguard job priority, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.
- Create an excellent customer experience.
Running of SC Stores
- Stock control.
- Dispatch of goods.
- Receiving of goods.
- Following up on stock orders.
- Stock control of consumables.
Tool Control
- Certification and calibration.
- Inspection of all tools.
- Arranging servicing of tools.
Purchasing
- Generating of Service Center PO.
- Reviewing Service Center suppliers.
Service Center Admin
- Technician timesheet capturing.
Education Qualification
- Required: 4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Degree/Diploma in Logistic Management.
