REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal cheffing qualification with at least 4-6 years in a senior chef position within a Top 10 Eat Out high standard kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in managing a team of at least 16 Fine Dining / High-Profile Chefs.
- Stable employment history with exceptional career growth within premier establishments.
- Excellent communicator, highly organized personality who engages easily with the team.
- Efficient delegator and motivator, developer of people.
- Strong admin, HR, and computer skills.
