Scope and General Purpose:
- Assist the general manager in maintaining and improving standards in the restaurant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability of designated areas of responsibility.
- Set up the restaurant prior to service and prepare restaurant mise-en-place.
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, runners, hostesses, and cleaners, including the production and management of rosters.
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of Kapstadt Brauhaus.
- Take responsibility for stock management and control.
- Be fully bilingual and able to serve English and Afrikaans customers.
- Must have a driver's license and own transport.
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including management.
