Company Background
This role will be the 2IC to Key Account Exec and is ideal for someone looking to sink their teeth into a company for the next 5 years. Due to the niche nature of the company, (potential) sales staff begin all Account Executive careers in a project management or creative space, spending a lot of time in the factory and behind the processes to ensure they have a holistic understanding of the offering to clients and grow staff into a client-facing role.
Job Purpose :
To support the Account Management team in coordinating marketing and point-of-sale projects, facilitating communication and efficient workflow between clients and internal teams, and contributing to the success of client campaigns.
This PM / Junior AE will assist in project coordination from client requests through production, including organizing timelines, maintaining documentation, conducting market research, and collaborating with creative design teams. This role serves as a bridge between clients and the internal production team, ensuring that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Required
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of design principles or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field qualification
- 1-3 years in account support, project management, marketing, or a related area (internships or relevant coursework are a plus).
