A Head of Sales is needed with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and proven experience in a leadership role in the travel and hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building relationships with industry partners, managing a sales team, and overseeing the sales pipeline. Extensive travel is required internationally.
The Head of Sales will be accountable for the delivery of revenue growth for the South Africa division through the development of a sound sales strategy and effective implementation thereof.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sign with National Partners to execute the B2B and B2C strategy.
- Analyse and identify the sporting needs of corporations: schools, clubs, community centres, companies, resorts.
- Write and animate the Corporate Commercial project, including offers.
- Manage salespersons and hiring of new sales personnel.
- Maintain existing client satisfaction and obtain new clients.
Minimum Requirements:
• Open and friendly personality.
• Good presentation skills.
• Relevant B-degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in a similar role.
