KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Profit and Loss:
- P&L responsible for all site
- New and existing customer management
- Site performance (cost / utilization)
- Continuous improvement and optimization of assets
- Investment proposals and follow-up on the same
Product:
- Execution of Contract Logistics strategy for site in alignment with Cluster Manager
- Business development aligned with strategy
- Develop new customers by leasing with area sales
- Site implementation
- Growth targets
- Product mix
- Tender handling support to area Contract Logistics
- Expand business footprint while ensuring profitable growth
- Customization and localization of the products within the framework
Operational Excellence:
- Manage the operations of the location
- HSSE and compliance adherence
- Manage sub-contractors needs and used at this location for Contract Logistics services
- Drive compliance & regulatory adherence
- Sites operating basis security / IT standards
- Lease administration
- Contract management
- Drive adherence to governance framework
People:
- Facilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clients
- All people and safety aspects

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience with proven knowledge in supply chain (freight forwarding, warehousing)
- Extensive operational knowledge of Contract Logistics, and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of intricate design of the warehouse system
- People and talent development experience
- Collaboration and influencing skills
- Understanding of local cultures
- Local market knowledge
- Financial acumen – ability to read, interpret and act on P&L
- Self-directed / entrepreneurial
- Team player
- Stakeholder management & collaboration in a matrix
- Strong dealing with customers
