Job Type: 11 month Contract, expected to work full-time hours
Job Duties:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Develop detailed business cases and project plans
- Provide recommendations for strategic business decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in project implementation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience:
- 7+ years’ working experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Intermediate knowledge in generating process documentation
- Ability to explain technical details
- Experience and exposure to project management or team lead roles
- Experience in the health industry or HR environments will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
