Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement innovative people strategies that support business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment and development efforts to attract and nurture top-tier talent.
- Organisational Efficiency: Assess and optimise organisational structures to enhance performance and reduce bottlenecks.
- Cultural Leadership: Champion initiatives that nurture a vibrant workplace culture and elevate employee retention.
- Performance Enhancement: Establish clear, measurable KPIs that align individual and team goals with organisational aspirations. These should encompass both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 10+ years in Human Capital management, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation through effective people strategies.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in team development and mentoring.
- Analytical Expertise: Proficient in leveraging HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making.
