What we look for:
- Delivery Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
- Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery of solutions.
- Manage documentation related to stakeholder communication.
- Stakeholder Communication and Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related communications.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Implement risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Minimize project disruptions and maintain progress towards goals.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Resolve resource conflicts to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Conduct testing and validation of project deliverables.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Analyse project performance for process improvement.
- Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance project delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
- 7 to 9 years of relevant working experience in an IT product organization.
- Must have strong French Speaking skill.
- Experience in delivering projects for financial institutions/Banks; exposure to lending is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical project management and delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
