Requirements:
- At least 3-5+ years' experience in the IT & Networking environment with formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft role-based certifications.
- Aptitude for Server/Network Support, Cloud technologies, Projects, and Client services consulting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow within the Netsurit team.
- A minimum of 1 year onsite experience, based at a client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-end, proactive, and reactive Technical Support for Netsurit client portfolio.
- Design and implement projects as per client requirements and project scope.
- Conduct infrastructure security analysis and reporting.
- Create client documentation and policy design.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and apply change management where necessary.
- Possess a good understanding of the ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networking protocols, VLANs, installing and configuring firewalls, managed switches, and routers.
- Understanding of network security and malware/ransomware prevention.
- Assist and mentor junior consultants and host technical workshops for the team.
