Job Description: Accounts Payable Assistant (BPO)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
- Promptly register and process invoices in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Support financial reporting activities by providing necessary information and insights.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for data entry, tracking, and report generation.
Essential Qualifications: - Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage spreadsheets and data.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience: - A minimum of 2 years and up to 15 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or financial assistance.
- Experience in a BPO setting is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits: - Salary: R10,000 - R12,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
