Debt Solution S.A is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our Legal Department.
Description
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Drafting legal documents
- Advising and providing support to clients
- Providing support and advice to the company
- Handle Labour Related and H.R disciplinary matters
- Traveling to various courts, justice offices, etc.
- Liaising with clients
Profile
- LLB / BA – LLB
- Right of appearance
- Must have at least six years of experience.
- A mature individual
- Previous debt collection experience
- Previous debt review experience will be advantageous
- Candidate must have managerial experience
Salary will be based on experience.

- Litigation: 6 years (Preferred)
- Legal Assistant: 6 years (Preferred)
- Drafting court applications
- Fidelity Fund Certificate preferable
- Debt review drafting (section 129)

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Saturday 08:00 am to 01:00 pm
