Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and demonstrate the ability to analyse market trends effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, alongside a solid foundation in project management and organisational capabilities. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Utilise IT tools and software, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Lead marketing meetings, providing insights and updates on ongoing projects and campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing projects from conception to execution.
Proficient in time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with office software applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to travel to the Malmesbury office at least 3 days per week (likely relocation to Swindon offices mid 2025).
