Role:
As a Cloud Engineer Nearshore, you will contribute to keeping our customer environments up to date. As a result, they can count on a safe and stable environment. You carry out the updates to, among other things, network equipment, you update the Azure Virtual Desktop images. In addition, you can be scheduled for the basic setup of new customer tenants and associated infrastructure based on knowledge and experience.
Because you take on these important tasks in the background, the Cloud Engineers in the customer team have extra space for the tasks that require more intensive customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up of Service Requests and Incidents in accordance with SLA and process where there is no active customer interaction.
- The implementation of generic/standard changes in accordance with the process in the context of periodic updates;
- Periodically refreshing the standard images of our AVD environments;
- Periodic realization of packages within Intune & Liquit;
- 24/7 Assess, classify and follow up on monitoring events/incidents and actively handle them independently and/or with the customer team.
- In accordance with the Ekco Blueprints, the initial set-up of the basic environment for new customer projects.
