Junior Area Manager
A well-established security company in the Pretoria area is looking for a Junior Area Manager to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Clear Criminal Record
- At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Previous Senior Security Management experience in managing a medium security workforce
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Valid driver's license / Own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to search males
- Must be fully Computer literate
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for a profitable & professional Security environment
- Maintain high operational standards
- Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Professional client contact and problem-solving skills
- Managing all site personnel & training/evaluation of staff
- Time keeping and recording of time sheets
- Ensuring staff turn are kept to a minimal
- Communicating in a professional manner
- Safety, complying with all regulations of the OHSA
- Quality Management skills & Taking initiative
- Portraying a participative management style
Package & Remuneration
Remuneration: +/-20K
