Job Description
The OUTsurance Shoprite Memorial Service Specialists fall under the OUTsurance Life Office.
Burial Service Specialists are responsible for:
- Driving memorial service deals available.
- Ensuring the Currency Market staff are sufficiently trained on the product, sales system, and selling strategies.
- Meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Communicating effectively with management and other stakeholders.
