Job Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain all electrical equipment, machinery and devices.
- Assist electrical head in managing all aspects of the maintenance and project of plant equipment.
- Attend all break downs within defined time limits to ensure production does not get impacted.
- Fit cable trays, conduit and other electrical components.
- Ensure equipment is well maintained and running efficiently with minimal breakdowns.
- Electrical fault finding and machine commissioning on in-house machinery.
- Must be able to work shifts and arrange spares in shifts.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure all the break downs are attended in their shift.
- Attend all the break downs in the minimum time.
- Reduce electrical breakdowns to a minimum level to increase productivity.
- Complete the projects within stipulated time frame and economy.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum relevant experience of 3-6 years in the electrical industry.
Skills
- In-depth electrical technical know-how.
- Experience in various quality initiatives in the plant.
- Hardworking.
