Transport Admin Clerk
A reputable Transporting company is seeking to employ a Transport Admin Clerk at their Durban Facilities. The incumbent should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track the drivers via the tracking system.
- Ensure all drivers do not deviate from their planned routes.
- The route planned on the system must correspond to the specific driver.
- Any deviation from the planned route must be questioned and reported.
- Ensure all documents are uploaded and filed.
- Assist the department with any other responsibilities as a team player.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tracking platforms.
- Knowledge of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Sound knowledge of routes and areas in and around KZN.
Fluency in verbal and written English communication is required.

R10 000p/m to R11 000p/m - Permanent Contract - Immediately Available
