An Agile Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful product delivery within Agile frameworks. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while fostering a collaborative and adaptive team environment. An Agile Project Manager’s leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential in guiding cross-functional teams through the Agile project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Tertiary qualification in business administration or a related discipline preferable.
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Project Management preferable.
Experience Required
- 3 years of experience working in a project role or management role.
- 4 years of experience in project management tools and methods is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in regulatory, risk management, or strategic programmes at major corporate companies, preferably in the financial services industry.
