Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of information and data products for Standard Bank Group (SBG). Responsible for executing data product strategy(ies), new product development, and translating product strategy into go-to-market plans/campaigns.
- Create new products and ongoing development of product enhancements or services.
- Drive and take ownership of campaign planning and lead campaign projects end-to-end from assessing business cases, definition, engagement channels, and priorities, implementation, tracking conversion to reporting.
- Execute cross-sell, upsell, utilization, retention, and value-added campaigns across secured, unsecured, and credit card campaigns across personal markets and/or transactional, digital, and loyalty & rewards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce
Experience Required
- Data management/Experience working with relational databases with intermediate to advanced SQL and/or SAS coding.
- Project and stakeholder management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Avid experience in lending products (Personal loans, credit card, VAF, Home Loans etc.) and basic credit understanding in personal markets.
- Fair knowledge of customer data governance and POPIA.
- Data analytics or MIS, post-campaign analytics, and measurement.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with CRM systems like Teradata CIM and VCX, SAP customer experience, Unica, Altarian, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
