Vacancy: Senior Wage and Payroll Administrator (Pietermaritzburg, KZN)
Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry, seeks to appoint an experienced Senior Wage and Payroll Administrator based in Pietermaritzburg. The suitable candidate will be responsible for effectively managing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls to ensure payment of wages – on time, every time.
Competencies and Skills Required Include
- Must be able to work well in a high-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in Afrikaans and English – other official languages will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Mathematics.
- At least 5 (Five) years of Payroll Administration experience.
- Strong MS Office Skills.
- D-BIT Payroll System.
- Human Resource Experience.
- Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Wage Determination Acts, and Bargaining Council Regulations.
- Knowledge of the Temporary Employment Services Industry.
