As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into actionable plans. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the success of our projects and initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) will be an added advantage.
