Service Advisor Administrator

Salary Range: R 18,000.00 – R 25,000.00 CTC pm
Our client, specializing in construction equipment, is looking for a Service Advisor Administrator. The successful candidate must have experience with SAP and in a similar sector. By focusing on efficient appointment scheduling, work order management, inventory and supplies, job card invoicing, payment follow-ups, customer-centric interaction, arranging machine commissioning, service contracts, warranty claims, and comprehensive record-keeping, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction, enhancing workshop productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling
- Work order management (job cards)
- Inventory and supplies management
- Invoicing and payments
- Customer interaction
- Preventative maintenance scheduling and machine commissioning
- Warranty claims
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / Equivalent
- Excellent SAP knowledge
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of workshop operations and inventory management
