Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To provide a business operations execution function for CHNW and Business and Commercial Clients (BCC) South Africa, which includes: branch cash management and system access control; business continuity management; workforce management; vendor, assets and service management; workforce governance and operational governance in alignment with client experience and profitability objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business Commerce
Minimum Experience
8-10 years deep knowledge of operational risks and related risk controls. Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements across the PPB SA business areas. Sound knowledge of risk policies and risk principles, their applicability and impact on the business landscape. Exposure in executing risk initiatives.
8-10 years experience within PPB SA value chain and/or its business landscape. Experience in large risk change management rollouts and initiatives. Knowledge of processes, procedures and systems. Understands the branch network, segment areas, client interfaces and operational environment. Understanding of client risk management principles and the impact of reputational and conduct risk on clients and the organisation.
