Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-term capital and reserving strategies
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, with a focus on capital and reserving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
