- Implements technical solutions and interacts with presales personnel to complete the conversion of technical solutions into implementation solutions.
- Understand the comprehensive technical solution, break it down to each technical team task, and control the overall progress and implementation.
- Manage project technical risk identification and cope with key delivery risks and problems.
Management Capabilities:
- Experience in technical management teams, capability of building organizational structures, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and work process building, and capability of formulating team appraisal mechanisms.
- High-level reporting experience, identifying key customers, responding to and following up customer problems in a timely manner, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience in dedicated service sales POs, guiding customers to obtain service sales through the network.
Assistance Capabilities:
- Experience in working with engineering teams and pre-sales teams, understanding the work interface of each team, and capable of effective communication between teams.
Reporting Capability:
- Technical delivery reporting capability, preparing reporting materials, and strong logical thinking for problem handling.
