Summary of team:
Our healthcare team focuses on private clients within the healthcare profession, meeting their tax compliance and advisory needs in an environment of fast paced economic change, combined with complex and changing legislation in relation to tax and often superannuation.
About the role:
You will be provided an opportunity to work with colleagues in our healthcare team focusing on personal tax with some experience of superannuation and annual allowance regulations, resulting in a broad understanding of the services we can offer our healthcare clients.
Within Personal Tax you will ensure a client meets all their tax obligations by preparing and submitting tax returns and other necessary forms and you will assist with the preparation and review of the individual/SME tax computations and returns to ensure that they show a true representation of the respective tax position. You will also review clients' business structures and personal financial arrangements to deliver solutions for their overarching financial goals and business needs. Finally, you will learn about the superannuation scheme, as it relates to personal tax liabilities.
What are we looking for?

- An understanding of Tax, specifically in a personal tax environment, preferably with IHT and/or Trust experience and with CTA or equivalent qualification
- Interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility, working with and training the junior members of the team.
- Analytical skills; the ability to think critically, research and solve problems.
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
