Minimum 3 years of working experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry. Proficiency in using simulation software (Simo/Arena/FlexSim etc) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics and lean manufacturing principles.
