We are currently seeking for a *Sr. IT Administrator *to join our IT team in our German *head offices in Munich.*

*Main tasks:*
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
* Monitor systems proactively, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.

*Technical Requirements:*
* Proficiency in Network & Wi-Fi services (VLANs, ACLs, Routing), Basic PABX/ (Unified Communications) IP Phone systems, server administration, cabling, data backup & recovery, Office 365 administration, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Azure Cloud Solutions, Hyper-V, and server/storage management.
* Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
* Hands-on familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
* Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework (Incidents, Problems, Changes)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication (both written and verbal).
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
* Additional certifications in Microsoft, CCNA or equivalent, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
* Fluency in German and English
