Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator with strong social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn, to identify and capture potential recruitment leads for our internal sales team. This is a commission-only position ideally suited for someone driven to succeed in a dynamic and supportive environment. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training to support their success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively utilize LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and qualify potential leads in line with MillennialNxt’s target demographic.
- Form Submission : Capture lead information through a structured form submission process, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Collaboration with Sales : Submit captured leads to the internal sales team to enable efficient follow-up and closing of opportunities.
- Database Management : Regularly update and maintain lead information to ensure sales readiness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Social Media : Proficiency in LinkedIn for business purposes; experience in lead generation or recruitment is a plus.
- Basic Technology Skills : Familiarity with Google tools and email platforms.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to professionally engage with potential leads online and effectively gather relevant information.
- Motivated and Target-Driven : Self-starter with a commitment to achieving lead generation targets and earning commission-based rewards.
