Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA/Executive PA
Needs to be a professional and positive person who is capable of and good with engagement (Peoples person /approachable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Experience of understanding Financial info like costings will count in your favor
Previous experience working for a COO in a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Needs to Greet and welcome any guests/clients/anyone coming for appointments
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Office phone on hand Answering all calls and messages
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Prepare and organize documents and reports.
Ensure office is in mint condition 24/7 (Anything maintenance related to this)
