Minimum requirements:

Matric with Credit Management Certification 1, 2, 3 and/or Diploma with relevant experience is required
Minimum of 5-10 years experience within the field of employment industry
Parcel Perfect is highly advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills with effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail in report building, banking reconciliations resolution and the collection of all outstanding balances
Experience in reconciliations of the AR accounts must (at any given time) balance and equate to the clients AP remittance advice, by means of amounts and transactions
Daily payment allocations must be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the respective remittance advise
Familiarity with credit vetting new clients, opening or new accounts and creating COD invoice making sure they are sent out on time
Knowledge of integrity checks and making sure clients are charged/billed accordingly
Ability to assist with collections, reporting, allocation and reconciliations of all accounts and statements
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport is applicable
Proficient in Afrikaans and Business English
Computer literacy on MS Office, Vlookup / Pivot / SUMIF is essential
