The Operations Manager at the National Chamber of Milling (NCM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This role requires the planning, coordination, and execution of various operational processes, ensuring that they align with the Chamber's strategic objectives and industry norms. The Operations Manager must be influential in building positive relations with government and other stakeholders. He/she will collaborate very closely with different units, including finance, technical, and training, to ensure the optimal performance of the NCM.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the milling industry or trade association setting.
• Knowledge of the milling industry or related food systems will be an added advantage.
