Role: Manager: Data Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Relevant experience in designing and implementing data processing systems
- In-depth undertaking of database concepts and principles
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technique
Skills:
- Writing SQL queries and administering SQL databases
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python software systems design and architecture
- Problem-solving and analytics skill
- Statistical & data analysis skills
What Youll Do: - Design and develop software systems, with a focus on the companies systems
- Develop systems and reports to allow the analysis of data, and produce reports and visualisations, to facilitate effective campaigning and reasoned decision-making
- Manage the processing and storing of data from various systems and teams, keeping in mind reliability, security and privacy
